Tristan Besa, PT
Tristan was born in Texas and raised in California. After high school, Tristan joined the U.S. Army where he toured both Iraq and Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged after 9 years. Wanting to pursue a college degree, he then studied physical therapy at Far Eastern University - Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation in Manila, Philippines.
Tristan discovered his passion for physical therapy when he was injured in the military and saw other soldiers that were wounded and needed extensive rehabilitation. This made him realize he wanted to help others.
With Tristan, you will get one-on-one treatment, using different techniques including Soft Tissue Mobilization, Muscle Energy Technique, Joint mobilizations, Myofascial Release and Strain-Counterstrain in order to increase your mobility and ease with movement. Patients also get a whole-body treatment approach for a overall better-quality outcome. He has physical therapy experience in both outpatient, inpatient settings and fluent in Tagalog.
In his spare time, Tristan loves spending time outdoors. He enjoys hiking, snowboarding, basketball, and automotive hobbies. He loves spending time with his wife and two small dogs.
