Born and raised in Reno, Kelsey attended the Milan Institute and became a Licensed Massage Therapist after graduating from Galena High School. She received her undergraduate degree in Community Health Science with a minor in Dance at the University of Nevada, Reno and then went on to get her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Along the way, she also completed her certification to teach yoga.

Kelsey discovered her passion for physical therapy during her own healing process from a car accident and is thrilled to be helping patients in her hometown. She has physical therapy experience working in both the outpatient and skilled nursing settings and has been a licensed massage therapist for almost ten years now.

With Kelsey, you will get one-on-one treatment, using a multitude of different techniques including Soft Tissue Mobilization, Muscle Energy Technique, Joint mobilizations, Myofascial Release, Strain-Counterstrain and Craniosacral Therapy in order to increase your mobility and ease with movement. She also has an eye for movement dysfunction and will provide hands on feedback to target specific imbalances or compensation patterns. For patients with balance deficits, Kelsey enjoys challenging the system to improve movement and safety for increased independence in their home and community. Kelsey is particularly interested in working with athletes of all ages and levels to improve their performance. In the future, she plans to become more educated in lymphatic drainage, balance and vestibular dysfunction and treatment for amputees.

In her free time Kelsey loves being outdoors, dancing and spending time with her husband and two dogs. They cheer on the Bay Area sports teams and enjoy playing tennis and skiing.
